FIRELITE® NT CERAMIC GLASS
Economical and Lightweight Fire-Rated Glazing
Interior Solution
Firelite® NT is a fire-rated ceramic glass that fully complies with Canadian codes, capable of withstanding high temperatures and thermal shocks. It provides fire resistance from 20 to 180 minutes but does not protect against radiant heat. It is an excellent substitute for wired glass.
The Firelite® family consists of two types of ceramic glass: Firelite® NT (5 mm) and Firelite® Plus (8 mm), both of which are CAN/ULC-S104, S106 listed for use in doors, sidelites, and transoms.
*This product is not a barrier against radiant heat. If a "thermal barrier" is required, please refer to Pilkington Pyrostop®.
